Sommelier’s description

A rich sun yellow with intense, mysterious aromas. Spicy notes embrace the fruity nuances of the malt body. Like a grilled peach with fresh herbs. Very dry and wine-like, reminiscent of a Pastis on a warm summer evening. Really unique.

Brew water, MALTED BARLEY, MALTED WHEAT, dextrose, natural hops, yeast, spices (the sugar is completely fermented during bottle conditioning – the traditional method)

Die Säure ist etwas zu präsent, besonders mit der starken Würze. Je mehr man von dem Bier trinkt, desto störender wird die Disbalance.

Auf dem Untersetzer steht "Belgien Style triple", ich bin verwirrt. Geschmacklich trifft es einen trockenen weißwein mit reichen Bouquet. Trotzdem passt würze nicht ganz zur säure.
