FLOOR MALTED BARLEY made from traditional grain varieties gives the beer its smooth, refreshing taste.
NATURAL HOPS give the beers a subtle, pleasant bitterness.
Only the OPEN FERMATATION brings out the full flavour potential of the yeast.
BOTTLE CONDITIONING ensures fine carbonation, a firm head and long-lasting freshness.

Welcome to the Insel Brewery! Here you can sample all our beers, explore the brewery at your leisure and, weather permitting, enjoy a draught beer in our cosy beer garden by the pond.
No need to book, no formalities – just pop in and let us whisk you away into our world of indulgence.
You’re free to wander around and experience our brewing craft up close. You can smell the natural hops, nibble on the special malt, look over the brewers’ shoulders and straight into the brew kettle, and admire the foam of the open fermentation. We brew from Monday to Friday. The brew kettle takes a break at the weekend.
